What's up FG thought I would let you guys know gonna take a little time off yesterday got to feeling really strange so I ran to the closest pharmacy I could find so they could check my BP well it was 236/132 dude wasn't quite sure how I was up moving around. Anyway I'm sure it's my rbc count but in this hillbilly place I live I can't find a place to give blood and their isn't a blood drive until march. Anyone ever pulled their own blood?

Unfortunately I haven't ever drawn my own blood, so I can't offer any advise.
But I think you made a wise decision to take some time off until you can get your bp under control.
