Hello everyone I am 36 years old, 5'10", 185 lbs. I'm have been working out for the last 13 years or so and it has become a very important thing to me. If I do not get to the gym that day I feel like I have failed. I have had some experience with gear in the past but I really didn't know what I was doing. Not post cycling the right way and my BP went through the roof. I am hoping to start a new chapter of my life now. I want to experience good gains in the right way. My hope is that I can learn more as long as I keep reading here? I hope I can make some good contributions to this board I am hoping I am posting this in the right area here?
