TweetBusy day today. Had to workout out at home. I have a power rack and some things.
185x10x10 pause squats.
I have an existing back injury at L5/S1 so I really can't push squats. It really tightens up my back quick, so I lunge until I'm blue in the face and squat every once in awhile.

10x10 DB pullover super set with reverse EZ bar curls
100 push-ups
20 minutes on stairs at level 9

TweetI haven't used a pre workout in ages. The pump juice is going well so far. I'm not experiencing any stimmed out feeling whatsoever. I'm shocked. I've suffered from hypertension here and there and had to make drastic changes to my diet. I often check my blood pressure and keep tabs on my health (biometric screenings) and donate 4x a year so that definitely helps. So far so good. Sorry for the lack of updates. Very busy work week.
