Started to feel better this day from the allergies. Layed off legs a bit cause I just didn't have it in me. Did shoulders 1st too cause I wasn't sure I was up to legs this day. Ended doing legs and even though I dropped 2 exercises off a giant set I think I made up for it in intensity.
Delts
GS 4 rounds
Machine rear delt x 12 reps
Standing lateral raise x 8 reps
Bend over lateral raise x 10 reps
Machine press x 8 reps
This one felt great, lot of emphasis on rear Delts last few weeks and I can see it.
On the machine rear Delts I squeezed as hard as I could every single rep and held for a second.
Definitely made a difference hammering the rear delts.
Legs
This is mild version of what the doctor ordered.
SS 4 rounds
Leg press x 12 reps
Hack squats 8 reps
SS 4 rounds
Leg extra x 10 reps
Leg curl 8 reps
Got a good workout even though the wo was seriously toned down.
Repeating the last 2 weeks leg routine due to not executing it well.
