Last few weeks I been getting up at 6am mixing 1 cup oats with 60g whey and 2tbs peanut butter. Leaving the house at 730am and dropping the kid off at 8am. Drinking this shake at 8am while driving to the gym 35min, taking my pre workout half way there. Been having killer workouts but noticed I wasn't getting the blood flow I wanted. So today school was closed so like everyday I got up at 6am, only had two packs of grits at 8am with 1 cup coffee, 0 protein and got best pump in months. Yes I wait 2 hours everyday before my first meal.
