Yesterday was a rough day, I was moving off of no sleep and sitting at work my right leg kept going numb. It was rough to have to sit in a training class all day while my right leg was super uncomfortable. The gym however was much better, I felt pretty good and feel like I woke up. Also my shoulder didn't really hurt.....until the cable cross. I haven't touched my upper chest in awhile because of the shoulder issue and the gym not really having a machine I could use for upper shoulder. The cable cross's hurt a bit, nothing like how it was but not great either. I'm hoping I'm on my way to fixing the issue since I made it through 85% of my workout pain-free.
In the mirror I feel like I look like I've really added size since Vector. Maybe a little bit of bloat in the stomach but I was happy, looking in the mirror seeing my muscles being more round and full was great. I also thought of how good this product could be if I didn't have some injuries along the way.
