      Yesterday was out of control, tons of side effects. First dose in the am, I felt ok, had some energy and got some heat. The second dose though wow. I took my second dose at 2pm instead of preworkout and it was a ride. I was sweating but cold, uncomfortable, and couldn't think straight. My feet were cold as ice but sweating at the same time. I was taking my shoes off and it would feel good but then would get way to cold and I would have to put them back on. At one point I looked in the mirror and my face was red on my cheeks and forehead. At one point I had a shiny forehead going on from sweating. Very uncomfortable in my seat. I also must have made no sense was I was talking, I had a few customers get mad at me when I tried to help them. What I was saying made sense in my head but it was like I was having trouble expressing my thoughts. I swear if a supervisor saw me they might question if I was sick or not. As I left work, it was cold and raining which felt amazing since I was so hot, by the time I got to my car I was shivering. Last night I did sleep pretty good, didn't take long to fall asleep, I'd say it was a normal nights sleep.

      I went to the gym and had a good workout. I was pushing heavy weight and felt much better. I think moving helped a lot since I work a desk job, sitting all day allows you to notice things much more. The strength in the gym was better than I had expected. I did look a bit flat in the mirror but it didn't affect my strength in anyway.

      I didn't go to the gym, my brother is moving to FL from PA so during the day I was texting back and fourth with him and offered to take him out to eat before he leaves.

      But on the fat burner side of things I felt a lot better yesterday. Still some heat which isn't all that bad, a bit uncomfortable but not like the day before. I felt more alert and could think clearly again. Still had a twitch of a headache but I more so think it's a tight neck/back muscle that's causing it. Hopefully as I continue to take it my body continues to get used to the it. If I dose at 2pm I am able to sleep so no more 5pm doses.

      Step ups superset with barbell row 3 sets
      Hex Bar Deadlift superset with cable bicep curl 4 sets
      Leg press superset with lat pulldown superset with DB curl 3 sets
      Rope hammer curl 3 sets

      Different workout than what I'm used to. I usually try to do more volume on Thursday and Sautrday but when I got there it was like every piece of equipment was taken. So I started with step ups and another guy asked to do them with me. I set a PR doing them but the extra weight isn't better for the exercise, getting off the box with the extra weight on your back really slams the knees so I didn't do a ton of reps with the heavy weight. I decided to do some deads without any rhyme or reason and they kind of slowed down any extra volume I wanted to do.

      The sweat started pouring off quickly yesterday. It was like as soon as I started moving I was dripping sweat and breathing heavy, felt really good though. I'd be interested to see what my weight looks like because this Hydroxyelite is powerful thermogenic for me and TTA 500 has been shown to reduce fat even without workout. I'll try and make it happen on Sunday.

      Look workout here. Didn't know what to expect, I wasn't feeling to hot on Friday night but I felt better Saturday. Weight was moving good and pump was fairly decent for not using any type of pump product. I've been concentrating a bit more upper chest because I feel like after my main lifts all the moves and machines are set up more for mid/lower chest. I also wanted to do more side laterals since my shoulders need to be more round to show off the tighter waist. Didn't do any rear delt work because my neck/trap has been tight and I think causing me the discomfort.

      So yesterday I weighed myself and I'm up 1 lb which was puzzling. My girlfriend said on Friday that my face looks like it's thinning out and I look pretty lean in the mirror. My guess is it's water from taking in sodium to offset cramps from the TAA. I was able to get on my parents machine chair yesterday for my tight neck, it was hitting a spot on my right shoulder I didn't know was in pain but it really helped, after I got up it felt like 5 lbs off my back and it's pretty sore today.

      Flat bench 7 sets

      Seated side lateral raise 3 sets

      Reverse double handed extension superset with side lateral raise (different angle) 2 sets
      Dips 3 sets

      Felt good benching. Weight felt pretty light so I just kept going with it. Then I got a bit cocky on the last set, it was a struggle. Shoulder presses were difficult and I think I broke the seat on the bench. The last set it was wobbling which made it a challenge. All in all I felt like I had a good workout and still had enough energy to do some good dips at the end.

      Cardio however I hit a wall. I go to a point where I felt like I was dragging my feet, it was rough. Good thing is even with the disappointing cardio I went home and cut my grass. Nothing intense but some extra cardio in there.

      Good morning bar pulldown 3 sets

      Went into the gym wanting to squat with higher reps, I've found myself going super heavy recently and only doing a few reps. I believe higher reps is much more difficult on squatting so that's what I forced myself to do. I toyed with my foot placements as well to see what would feel best. Went really heavy on lat pulldowns, maybe a PR which wasn't on purpose but I think I put the pin in the wrong spot. I didn't want to do close grip but the gym was a bit busy and everything I wanted to do was taken.

      So I'm not really feeling anything from Hydroxyelite anymore which I look at as a good thing. The first few days were really rough and now I just feel more normal. I still have a pretty strong thermo effect going on and enough energy to get through the day, it's not the punch you in the face type feeling anymore.

      Nothing new here, I've been doing this cardio the last few sessions. Only difference was it was super hot yesterday. It was warm outside but I was dripping sweat inside. Felt like it took forever too. Not that the work felt super difficult but just felt like I was there all day.

      Weighed myself last night when I got home, down 4lbs from Sunday so I was happy about even though I don't really care but since I went up last time I was hoping I wasn't going in the wrong direction.

      Felt good at the beginning of the workout. Found a weight on incline that I kept failing at 8 reps so I decided just to keep going at that weight since it felt like it was a good sweet spot. Also during work I remember how I used to love doing the shoulder press using a t bar set up so I did that yesterday for the first time in a long time. By the time my 2 tricep exercises were done I was gassed though. Not sure if it was the heat or supersetting but I felt worked. I did a few more things just to finish the muscle off. As I was going to the cardio machine I felt like I had done a really solid workout.

      Continuing to lean out but not as quickly as I had hoped. This being the second week of the stack I'm running I figured things would of ramped up but the scale did show 4lbs off in a 4 day stretch so maybe it's just me being too critical and I might be holding water from the TAA500 and the bit of extra sodium I'm taking in. Felt a lot better this week from last week as well.

      I woke up Saturday morning and the back of my head was throbbing. It felt like I had a wrench wrapped around the back of my head. Either way I showed up at the gym and the owner even made the comment that I looked like I just woke up, which I had but I was out of it. I pushed through the workout. The beginning of the workout was tough and slow but the middle I started to feel better. I had incredible muscle connection, my lats and especially my hamstrings were burning. Usually I don't have that feeling in my hams unless I specially work them but anything I did my hamstrings were firing. After I left I started to feel beat up again which sucked but I got through the workout so I was ok.

      This cut stack seems to be working well. Wanted to weigh myself yesterday but forgot. My gf made a comment when she puts her arms around me she notices that there's less of me now. The only side effect I'm dealing with is my feet are constantly sweating. Even last night when it was freezing my feet were sweating.

      So I started a new training program at work where I'm the trainer so yesterday I was in meetings all day and it messed up my meals. I had to eat my second meal with my third meal, I didn't have free time to eat my preworkout meal. So I went to the gym super hungry and didn't know how it would turn out. But once I get a few good sets in I didn't pay attention the hunger and couldn't really notice. Workout went well, wish I could of fit an extra bicep exercise in but no big deal.

      Almost forgot to eat again because of training but luckily I was able to. My strength doesn't seem to be affected by the weight loss just yet which is good. Gym was warm yesterday so I was sweating pretty good. I might just go with 3 main lifts each day and do 6 sets instead of the 3 sets for each exercise and I'm liking the freedom to play with the weights a bit more.

      Got a girl I work with on the Hydroxy because she does pageants and she won our state now prepping for a national and she was saying how it felt like she could run a marathon. I may add her comments about the product in here from time to time as well.

      So I skipped the gym to cut my grandmother and aunts yard. They live on a huge hill so I figured I'd use it as my cardio. It didn't work out that way though, I cut my grandmothers grass which is the more difficult one and actually had a nice sweat going on but my father went up during his day off and cut my aunt's grass. I had to yell at him because I figured if I did both yards it would be a pretty nice little workout. He thought he was helping me but in reality I was looking forward to doing both.

      Not sure if it was from pulling the mower back up the cliffs but my trap got super tight last night, it was pretty awful. Went home and late night did some band work, some foam rolling, and wall angels to help get everything situated.

      I continue to look leaner. My midsection is shrinking in my from the sides giving me a more v taper look but still a layer of fat that I still need to get rid of.

      Walked into the gym and a guy asked if I wanted to do tire flips so of course I wasn't going to turn it down. Last time we did them I was super gassed and the rest of the workout was whatever but he was in a rush so we didn't spend a half hour doing flips. It was just enough to get me winded, get a nice pump in my forearm and hamstrings. And was still able to get into the gym and do some good work. I was getting super winded on the supersets on the 3rd exercise.

      I'm thinking about increasing the TAA to about 1.5 grams instead of just 1gram. Might experiment with that once Hydroxyelite runs out since I believe that bottle will run out first.

      Other than that I'm continuing to make progress slowly but surely. Woke up this morning with new ab detail that hasn't been there or if it has been there I haven't noticed.

      I feel like I'm missing something but I'm not sure, I just remember my muscles being really tight. Like when I was doing dips my body would just stop but it wasn't deep enough so I would have to tell myself to keep lowering my body. Same thing happened with incline press, it was like the bar was just stopping an inch or two from my chest and I had to tell myself to keep lowering it. Between sets I did some stretches to try and loosen it up.

      Friday I went shopping with my girl and we grabbed some Mexican and all I had was chicken tacos with pineapple and rice. But Saturday morning I looked super full in the mirror. I've been flat lately because of lack of carbs and calories but Saturday I was round again which felt and looked good.

      Still making progress on the cut. Was hoping to get outside yesterday and do some yard work as a small cardio session but it was wet and crappy out all day so I just did a bunch of housework.
