TweetOk this log is a little lost been super busy but still going fairly strong minus a few setbacks, cardio 4 days and training 4 days, also added in some anadrol at 100mg ed for a little acne and some mood swing bahahahhahah...

Also got approved by real estate councils and get my temp license Feb 9th... Lots of learning and taking a ton on, hired a coach for me real estate sale and investing as well and but should pay off quick in the begining...

TweetDoing a back workout... First time I use worked out without waiting 2 days after the graston technique work and I am so sore and sluggish, weak ahhhh... Besides that like the workout lol

TweetLog has been Mia, life has been crazy busy I was slacking a bit on the gym but dropped gear way down to cruise and the high amounts of food but keeping a reasonable diet and calories not to high but feel better almost stronger and a good pump I think my body was saturated and ready for a break from the drugs 👌😊
