Mon – Fri 56 Min Elliptical Cardio, then 45-60 Minutes Weights

Mon & Sat – Run 5.0 Miles + Thursday Night Softball

Average (Daily): 3901 Calories: 197g Protein (24%); 132g Fat (36%); 323g Carbs (40%) Sugars 133g

End Result: 263 lbs; BF 28.0%
