TweetOn Vacation Aug 8 – Sep 8th
I had been dieting for 11 months at this point, and was getting burned out. I took the month off from dieting and stopped running as well. Continued working the weights and really pushing myself in the gym. We have restaurant month down here that offers a reduced three course dinner with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. So the wife and I were eating out 3+ times a week. It was a nice break, and I certainly enjoyed not having to count my calories. No surprise, I put on 16 lbs. (6.6 lbs lean mass, 9.4 lbs fat though as well.) So for the past year I lost a grand total of 58 lbs.
Starting fresh with a new goal weight of 225lbs. Currently 278 lbs, 29.2% BF.
