TweetIt's a great idea. I actually try to limit food to 2600-3000 a day, but drinking on the weekends is what throws the numbers way out of line for the daily average. Will be making another full court press here after labor day, that will make one year. Also trying to focus on making corrective action to behavior so this will stick.
Tweetabsolutely nothing wrong with having a cheat on the weekend but you have to stay as solid as possible during the week in order for it to stick. think of it like i have x amount of cals that my body needs for a wk just for maint. now if i take in x amount 6 days out of the wk and then i have x amount left over for my poison of choice then the damage isnt so significant. so if you are having a binge on the weekends then i would opt for 2200-2500 cals for 6 days out of the week and then treat yourself on that one day. that should still keep you moving down pretty well. now the kicker to that little tid bit is once you get so low that isnt going to work any more and you will have to tighten down even more
