Weigh in tmra been feeling super tired and going to hard around the house and working o boat so early bed tonight. Also the tren is making me a little grumpy happened quickly with tren a but when I ran tren e I didn't notoce it so much....long way to go but seeing seing veins popping...

When I first ran Tren I was easily upset and did get into a couple altercations but then I figured it out and now I am cool with it I just know I am on Tren and need to give grace. Tren E has a longer ester so It makes sense that it would be easier for you.

Oh boy been tired lately but did back and arms to and had a great workout and forced myslef 25mins cardio as I haven't in two days but things are coming along it is very tough working 12 hr days for 14 days straight but I'm pushing along as good as I can...
What makes me realize I'm getting somewhere is the way others look at me lately as I lean out, looking forward to what comes next...
Two zero carb days then I will be dropping my protein portions by 2oz per meal coming into my next carb cycle In time to go home and kick soem ass. Also hiring a friend to train me to pose properly as he knows very well I was just being stubborn as we haven't seen eye to eye in the last while but it is going to be a good benefit to make this come Together
Is your diet 100% spot on? Don't know what guns would say, obviously listen to him but missing a cardio day here or there likely won't make or break you.... Diet being "mostly spot on" or "pretty good" WILL break you. Diet has to be 100% brother. Kick it in the ass man.
Yes sir if this is not a spot on diet I don't know what would be. I have a few teases of Pb and a few of the kids crackers well I was home 😕 but I don't believe anything to hinder my gains/losses. A dam pizza would rock though haha. I pre cook vacuum pack and freeze approx 90 servings of protein and some rice for my 2 weeks of work it is time consuming but no way I could do it well up here I still don't get to sleep until 11 and up at 4:30.
not trying to flame or sound like a dick man but in one breath you're saying your diet is spot on and the next you're saying you're eating peanut butter and crackers. That's not spot on brother. The diet only works like it should when you hit your numbers and don't take in any foods that arent on your list. Guns knows what he is doing but the carb cycling and you're metabolism only do what they're supposed to through strict adherence to youre numbers
Well if you ask me i don't think 3crackers and a couple teaspoons of Pb Over ten weeks will make or break me as I have been giving er In all other aspects considering my lifestyle. I never planned on doing this for some time when life was different and kind of regret saying yes to it I was asked and seemed like to good an opportunity to pass up on. I wanted to go BACK to a more normal schedule first. nothing is ever perfect as Brett Wilson sayS "perfeft enough". Now I'm the only One doing this show of the group that asked me too do it in the first place. And I'm gonna do well at it my e not first but it'll be good...

R. get hard on yourself. We all want the best for you and want to see you WIN! You are sticking in there when everyone else has quit on you. Stick it to them by winning. Nothing worth having is easy to attain. Just go balls-to-the-wall here on out and you will get it.

I have been giving it hell until today got some gross Intra workout bc I ran out of Intra until I get home. Workout blew barely worth being there and no cardio I think my body was too drained to bother going but I did force myslef. Been working hard at work well in compared to most ppl lol pc 5500 shutdown and brakes on a 830haul truck today... Recover tmra and I'll get back at it hard on Saturday...
