TweetMy shoulders and back are my strong points actually. Ill post a back shot in a second. My upper chest i feel is lagging. Im currently cutting so my midsection will be slimming down over time. I dont work abs but trust me when i get to be a lower body fat ill have some good ones. When i first started out lifting back in high school i would do kneeling cable crunches and i would increase the weight so now i have abs that stick out further than my chest on a side shot lol, so with that being said i know ill have lower abs but for obliques and striations ill have to work alot on that.
Thanks guys!!
TweetHere are my back pics as of one month ago..
TweetWhen i got my body fat measured two weeks ago everything was on track for 8% but my kidneys and waist area(i cant remember the name of it) absolutely killed my overall percentage. So lower back/kidney area i need to hit hard!!
TweetHeavy declines my freind that will help ur chest
Tweetyour not tracking what i am saying from a judges view point. you are built like i am in some aspects being blocky. so your waist to shoulder/back width are a must to make your waist appear smaller when you stand on stage. right now when you stand facing forward it almost looks like a straight line from shoulder to hip. look at it that way. now the two ways you can fix that are 1-make your shoulders wider along with your lats or bring your waist way down. the first option will automatically make your waist look much smaller and even more so when you dial in. but ulitmately the best thing you can do is look for a posing clinic in your area and have them look at you in person to key on your points. then post show go to the judges and hopefully they will remember you out of all the competitors in that division to give you tips and tweaks for your next run
