Happy Friday! It sure felt good to get back into the gym! I had to take some time off due to a bad cold. I am feeling better but nowhere near 100%.
I had it all planned out in my head that I was going to do squats, pull-ups, and possible deadlifts if I had it in me but...there were so many people there! All of the good stuff was occupied the whole time I was there. So I just went with it.
