      find a place that does graston technique work kat. some states only pt or chiros are allowed to do it and others massage therapists can. look around for a sports treatment joint and get it done. it is cheap but kind of painful but i am telling you right now it will change your life. i was blown up in 06 and have dealt with a jacked up lower back ever since. i had it done on a knee issue and it helped immediately, so the next time my back flared up i had it done. the first session it opened me up 2in and i squat and dead lift pain free. that is unless i do something stupid lol. this is and will be well worth adding in once or twice a month

      that's great, most people dont listen to me haha. make sure you are super well hydrated before going and as well as after. trust me, you dont want to be dry when they go to doing work on you. keep us posted on your results and progress with this therapy

      some swear by it but again i am not a big fan of messing around with hormones or hormone manipulation in ladies. the only thing i actually am a fan of with ladies is a little bit of estrogen control. now i am going to say thins and it may be a complete coincidence or maybe not: i have 4 good friends 3 females and 1 male that took osta and another compound together and all 4 now have been diagnosed with cancer. 2 females with breast cancer 1 with ovarian and the male has prostate cancer. the scary thing is the females are all in the mid to late 20s and the male is in his mid 30s. one of the females was a client of mine for 2 years and i told her not to take it because i am not a big fan of sarms just yet and now she is having a double masectom(sp). that's enough for me not to be ready to suggest to people to use them. again it really could be complete coincidence but they all happened right around the same time and they were all taking the exact same products around the same time as well

      Oh wow, that's horrible! I hope they all pull through with out any more trouble. Could you explain estro manipulation a little more to me? Mine stays in the higher ranges from what I can tell. I continually have trouble with symptoms of high estro.

      since you already know you have high estro i would assume you have base line bloods to back it up. we know that for both men and women that above normal estro levels make it a pain to drop body fat and mess with a ton of other things in our body. your first choice would be to hit up the doc and see if they can or will work with you to bring it down into the normal range that you are good with. keeping in mind that a good doc will get you to a level that you feel good and see results in and not just the generic norm on the panel. that's the best doc to have the one that knows that each person is different and treats you for how you feel and not your numbers.

      some otc supplements i use with my competitors that i have seen work pretty good in bringing estro down are:

      black lion research exotherm cream (very good and effective)
      black stone labs eradicate (havent tried with females but works very well for men)
      iron mag labs e control 2.0 (another good one)

      what we have done with these is. i will have my males run the product at suggested dose for 3-4 wks then have bloods done and adjust from there, for the ladies we normally go half the dose for 3wks and then have bloods done and go from there as well. we dont want to rock bottom a lady but go off of numbers and how they feel and obviously an enhanced lady is much different than a natty one. hopefully this can give you some ideas in a direction to head. also keep in mind and i know this is tmi but birth control also has an impact on estro as well. some ladies tend to forget this haha

      it is almost impossible to find any good docs any more. it seems like the middle eastern ones or the younger ones that are more assosiated with sports med are about the only ones you can get to work with you. 99% are book people that suck balls and are treating numbers on paper and not what we need and feel. if you are up to it you could always do it on your own if your state allows non doc prescribed blood testing. i can have my own labs that i choose drawn and done at any time and i get emailed results within a few days. if you go that route, you can start at the lowest dose possible on an anti estrogen medication that you choose and do it yourself where you feel best. the cool part of all the anti estro meds is they are neither controlled nor sched meds. so you can order them from pretty much any where with no legal issues. you can either do that or just play around with the otc and find one that will work for you. either way you should be able to get it in check on your own

      It is pretty sad how hard it is to find a good one! When I was dealing with diagnosing my thyroid issues I went to 6-8 different dr's and even waited on a waiting list for 18 months to get into my current dr. She's great at listening but that's all. Lol My endo isn't too bad but definitely not open. I may end up ordering my own blood work.

      Training is going well...last week was a rough we. We removed all of our old flooring and had new floors placed. I never realized the work that went into replacing floors! Old vinyl removal is the worst part! That mess is for the birds. Haha It's worth it though! They look so good now! I pushed through the insane fatigue and still trained all week last week though.

      Weight was up last week so we dropped my calories some more as well as I decided to add in a little more cardio after my workouts as well as jump roping between lifting sets. It's nice to keep my heart rate up and keeps me sweating throughout my workouts!

      Weight went backwards last week. Managed to gain weight guessing due to stress/holding water. Thankfully with lots of cardio, it's back off this week! Just praying it keeps moving down!

      Workouts have been excellent this week! In the zone and feeling good for the most part. A little more tired today but just pushing through. Went back after work for cardio due to running over a bit this morning.
