OK.. first off im off everything and have been for a while. let myself go enjoyed good eating and lacked control of the goodie tray. with that being said it shows.. so im gonna see what I can loose and gain by march 1st. going to see family out of the country. so goals are good.

I do have some have some eca around as well as some incinderine from black lion ill bee tossing in the mix for s-its and giggles see how they do. its been a long time since ive dieted not much of a fan to be honest but do like the results..

tomarrow Monday will be day 1.

diet will be pretty simple.

meal 1 530 am shake with water after morning black coffee..that ought to be good. lol might skip coffee in lew of incinderine for pre w/o.

meal 2 900 am 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup eggwhites 2 whole eggs. oatmeal gets a bit of honey and slash of almond milk

meal 3 1200 pm meat. 7 oz with broccoli

meal 4 300 pm more meat 7 oz with salad and veggies

meal 5 600 pm 7 oz more meat and veggies broccoli.. who am I fooling its already cooked.

meal 6 900 pm before bed 1 cup egg whites

I say meat as I have bbqed smocked and grilled a shit ton of chicken breast and top round and flank so I will scale out what intrests me at any given time depending on whats going on.

water tea and black coffee will be all in drinking the first 10 days. the diet will change daily with adding fats and such but trying to keep it very clean for as long as I can hold out.
