i will tell you a secret about the calipers for bf, they suck haha. now with that said they can still be a great tool to see if you are losing. pick your fatest part ie..... your obique, lower ab, lower back sub scap or thigh. whatever you choose either you or the exact same person measure and record that number. now check that exact same spot at the exact same time on the exact same day. this will give you a very good idea if you are dropping or not.
