Hi everyone, I am going to start a Log although I may not be as diligent as some ie. guns perfect log lol I will do my best with my busy life to update the best i can. I am hoping that once i start to post my diet, training, etc. it will come easier as time goes on.

Cycles 7 fairly heavy doses for some including last and some moderate to low dose cycles
Have trained on and off for about 8 years but the last 3 have been consistent.
I am planning on trying to put on some muscle this winter, that being said ill be going to some strict camps and unable to start until around dec 1, until this time ill continue to run 3 iu ed hgh except well in camp. Currently I am in pct and running clomid only.
My gf and I started a Carb deplete yesterday. diet went like this with small serving of fats ie 1 tbls coconut oil/1-2 whole eggs, 1 tbls butter, 1 cup veggies and 6-8 oz lean meat/fish/cottage cheese/egg whites etc for protein. supplements are minor some protein powder regular multi, fish oils and i am taking tumeric for its anti inflammatory purpose, BCAA s upon waking and pre/post wo
Day 1
Meal 1, Protein and fat. meal 2, protein, vegy,fat. Meal 3, protein fat, Meal 4, protein,vegy,fat i had one less meal than her (her portions were smaller as well) due to a fasting doc apt and took in an extra tbls oil.
DAY 2
Meal 1, prot,veg,fat. Meal 2, prot,fat. Meal 3, prot,veg,fat/ to come Meal 4 prot,fat. Meal 5, prot,veg,fat and Meal 6 if needed protein and fat
We did a chest back legs workout last night to trigger some of the metabolic affects of the carb deplete as directed

off to gym now for some high intensity cardio
