Tweeti do them both and yes they can be brutal on your legs haha. you want a silly setup (which i know you cant squat fuzo) but you can go ahead and get a nice nasty pump in the hams with some kind of curl, then hammer abductor and addcutors before hitting the squat rack. it primes you to force almost all quad work and it is extra special brutal
