Still eating clean besides the awesome Greek food cheat last night mmmm
Meal one 2 eggs w 4 whites and sprinkle of cheese
Meal two 6oz roast beef w some cheese
Meal three protein shake with spinach cilantro and brocoli in it
Meal four couple slices of cheese
Meal five pressure cooked Ham mmmm and steamed asparagus with butter
Night all... Tmra I'll do a small cardio leg Ab workout avoiding my hand use at all but hope to be lifting again in one week.
