TweetHey brother I'm bad about logging my food intake as well. Typically I just update what the typical daily diet looks like for me. As far as my workouts go what I do and you might want to give it a try if you have a smart phone is I log my work out as I do it on my smart phone on the notepad. And then once I'm done working out I just copy and paste it onto my fitness geared log when everything is done. No work to do later.

TweetThe log will help over the long run. You have to ignore the stupid comments too. People say the worst things because they really don't have any self discipline or knowledge on how to transform their body. One of the nicest guys in the gym called me crazy today when I told him I was on a bulk up. He couldn't understand why I want to gain, when I just worked so hard all year to lose and look fit. He laughed and shook his head. BTW we all use tons of supps we don't log. If someone really wants to know, they will ask you what is working.
I love reading your log, you crack me up with all that cheat pizza. I have to live vicariously through you because I only get pizza once a year that is planned then maybe 1 cheat. Stick with your plan and it will all come together for you.
