Here is some before pics I should have taken some before starting diet. These are at the very end of my last cycle with no shot just still in system and running anadrol. I am in week 4 of pct so these are about five weeks old. I'll post progress in a week or wo, leaning out a ton, I'll try for 7-9 % bf like guns said I am 18% now
