TweetHere is a picture around June 6th when i started back in the gym. Weight 183lbs..
TweetOk guys Ive decided to start a log, not only to track my progress but for others to see and possibly learn from. Im by no means a Vet but I just turned 32 and I've been lifting since I was 17. I should mention that some days I'll forget to checkin but I want to write my workouts out every time I lift.
A little about me, I just turned 32, Height: 6'2, Weight: 201, Training Experience: 17-25 very dedicated I lifted four days a week no matter what was going on in my life. Around 24 I was caught up in some personal substance addictions and so during the years from age 24-30/31 I lifted here and there. I never stayed true to a diet and didnt care about progressing. So starting October of 2012 until now I've been steady lifting, more seriously since August of 2013 until now 7/5/2014.
I have four cycle experiences under my belt. Age 25 I ran test cyp 500mg/week and of course since it was my first time I had really good gains. The second cycle consisted of Test cyp & EQ. I cant remember the dosages. Then another test only cycle from June 2013 to Nov 2013. I kept 15lbs of that cycle. So my current cycle I started at 183lbs and im currently at 201lbs. Cycle consists of TestCyp 500mg/week & Tren Ace 100mg every other day.
I was on just Test cyp only for 7 weeks before I added Tren Ace. So today im in the middle of my third week. So far the sides ive experienced are mild sweating at night and some in the morning upon waking. Also a slight increase of aggression but thats it. I dont mind the sweating im already use to it. I have also noticed that when I do high volume I get winded easily.
My diet is a minimum of 3300-3500 calories a day. Now I dont count calories just mainly carbs and protein intake. I usually average 200 grams carbs and 250 grams protein per day. My strength, vascularity, quick muscle growth and muscle fullness are the benefits Ive seen so far.
Please feel free to subscribe and offer advice, suggestions, and comments. All of the above are welcome!
Thanks, Hicktown

TweetHere is an update picture from about 6-7 weeks in. At this point I was just on Test Cyp 500mg/week nothing else.
TweetSo now Im halfway through my third week of adding the tren ace at 100mg EoD. Would that be 400mg/wk? (mon, wed, fri, sun)
Im doing a photoshoot on July 19th for a strictly male modeling website/magazine so Ive really been focusing on diet and making sure to never miss a workout.
TweetThanks for starting a log bro looks like a solid cycle for ur third one I would up the protein to 350-400 ed that is all u need to adjust looking forward to reading ur log as u progress
TweetI will update a picture either today or in the next couple of days. So just in case anyone here wants to see me all cleaned up heres a picture from 2012. I think im 170 in this picture. What a freakin skinny guy I was then. Typical ectomorph body..
TweetThanks Mountain!
TweetLooking good bro good build keep it up and u will be a beast
TweetHeres a few shots I just took a few minutes ago. I did 20 pushups to get a little pump.
TweetThey are a little blurry. By the way, how do you edit a post youve already posted??
TweetHey, Hicktown thanks for sharing I love pictures so this one will be fun for me to look at. I think you would have to ask Baby1 or Mrz Diva about the editing but everything looks fine here.

TweetWell, thank you!!
TweetSo i was sick for a couple of days and lost like 5lbs. So injecting in my left glute is hard to reach so i went in sideways instead of straight in OMG dont ever do that,
the most painful thing ive ever experienced, it turned blue and purple around the injection site and i had to ice it for an hour, I think i went through a vein. Thats the second time its happend because i cant reach to that side very well being right handed.
TweetIts been one day and ive still got a knot but its not as bad, not sure what the deal was. Training has been decent fatigue sets in so quick its gotta be from the tren. ive never lost energy so fast before.
TweetI did shoulders tuesday 7/15 and a friend of mine recommended doing military presses without any back support, WOW what a difference it makes. It puts so much more stress on the entire shoulder and some stress on the back. I had a way better workout than i thought.
I am finally seeing the affects of tren at this point. Im completing five weeks and the amount of water rentention is down to zero almost. I remember when i first got on test my midsection was so full looking and now my top set of abs are coming in. Still hovering around 200lbs and my strength is going up every week. Last night I took in 60carbs/50pro right before bed and i had horrible night sweats. I saw on some other threads that taking alot of carbs before bed will sometimes do that. Im not going to add any carbs tonight before bed to see what happens.
Im doing back/bi's today after work.
