      Your looking good bro. You got broad shoulders, you got alot of potential there keep packing on mass and you will get a good v-taper.

      If I can suggest on thing, on your leg and back days do at least one exercise with free weights at the beginning of your workout. Machines are great but for stregth and size they cant really replace free weights.

      Thanks man i credit my ectomorph skinny ass frame for that. I actually use primarily free weights bro just been switching up my routine so ive been using machines.

      Just keeping fueling the beast with plenty of good food you are doing great and I'm all about the free weights if it wasnt for my injuries I would hardly ever touch a machine.

      Brother everybody needs a day here and there to chill, relax, and "be normal." It keeps you sane and motivated to get back to it. Don't sweat it. About the injections.... Switch em up. I never pinned triceps before until recently but damn dude it was painless! Hit all three heads on the delts. That's six choices right there. You've got good shoulders, it should be easy to get all three. You are doing great! Keep it up!

      Mother F'ing destroyed chest and tris tonight. I had four days off and almost didnt lift tonight but i went and after my warmup sets i went balls out.

      One week off of Tren, headaches, sweating, and aggression is down ALOT. I cant believe how mean i was on it. I upped my test to 750 and shit the volume in my upper body is ridiculous. 4 hours later after my workout and im still pumped!
