I did legs and went heavier now that im over most of the soreness in my legs.
4 sets of leg presses - last set 4 plates each side for 8 reps. That was pretty heavy for me.
4 sets seated leg extensions
4 sets lying hamstring curls
3 sets to failure of seated calf raises with 45lb plate, wow that absolutely killed me
Finished in about an hour i blasted right through it. I know thats not alot of volume but my legs are weak and pretty sore today so i didnt want to go crazy. I also feel some soreness in my knees which is something new. Ill admit ive never been a big leg training person. I would do enough for them to be in shape but not enough to grow. im trying to change that right now.
I shot 1.25cc test & 1.25cc tren ace i decided to up the dose a little bit and see how i feel. I went through a vein and oh my god i felt like i was going to have a seizure. Some of the oil mustve gotten in my blood and i had alot of pain in my neck, face, tongue and my face was super red and i also couldnt breathe. That lasted for about 2 minutes then it slowly went away. It scared me to death.
I feel fine today!

TweetI did shoulders last nite after a shitty day of eating. My strength was down alot and i just didnt have it all there.
After hitting front delts my shoulders were so pumped that i could barely continue the workout. Its a little of joint pain and muscle pain but i did the best i could.

5 sets of straight bar front raises
3 sets single arm cable side raises - the pump was so intense i couldnt do anymore sets
2 sets seated smith machine side raises
3 sets dips - bodyweight only
1 set weight dips to failure with 35lb db
TweetWhats interesting is last week was my first time doing dips in a very long time. I could barely do 3 sets of 8. Now i can do 20 reps easy and do quality 10-12 reps of weighted dips. Im blown away by that. Maybe its muscle memory or that my tri's have responded really well.

3 sets ez bar curls to failure. started with 30lb, 40lb, 50lb - biceps were FRIED!!
TweetMy back is really sore and biceps are too just not as bad. My calves still have a small amount of soreness i mustve really hit some deep tissue last week.
