TweetFolks FUZO doesnt take a day off at 47 Im a mad man in the gym.Im 265 now not fat but big,a little bottom belly not much but something I never had to grab before and want to be smaller so I have to lose 20lbs. But I think my body is calling me FUUUUZZZOOOOO take a break take 2 days off heal your body heal your aches and pains. But FUZO says FU I train through pain I must grow I must get stronger,But FUUUUUZZZOOOOO you cant walk your knees are killing you your hips are killing you so FUZO is going to take a break and take 2 days off.I hope,lol
