I'm trying brother. I just get tired faster right now and stay sore longer.

I forgot to say I weighed myself at the gym I'm just above 235. I'll have my regular scale again next week to know for sure and my bf calipers.

      did chest/delts/tris today

I'm not going you update my log everyday right nothing particularly interesting happening just weights 3 time a week cardio 3 times a week. When i get cloeser to being ready to bulk up I'll start posting everyday again.

I've been thinking of doing 3 day splits when I start my cycle. chest/delts/tris, legs, back/bis , off day and repeat. Going heavy for a few weeks then switch it up later.

You're a better man than I am if you can handle only lifting 3 days a week. I would loose my mind especially if I was on cycle. I'm considering going up to 6 days a week next cycle to prevent depression lol

animal you may still want to update your log with reps weights and such to track your strength and how you are feeling etc..... that will be a good way to gauge how everything is going during and post pct

Thats just now while I'm off. On cycle if I do that split I'm thinking of it would end up being 6 days a week. I couldnt handle it on either, I'd be flipping cars over and humping holes in brick walls.

Guns is right as usual dang it couldn't get away with being lazy.

I weighed myself before I ate again, I'm staying in between 230-235 depending on if i've ate etc... I've measured my bf the best I'm able to, its 10-12% more on the 10% end. I look good with my shirt off, but I feel skinny as hell.
I can see my top 4 abs just standing there not flexing. I feel good, my mood is good, I just get tired out faster lifting or working than on.

      todays lifts:

      flat bench: 3x12
      incline hammer: 4 plates(one arm at a time) 3x10
      incline cable flys: 4x15
      rear delt machine: 3x8
      side raise machine: 3x8
      db sh. press: 3x10
      dip machine: 3x10
      skullcrushers: 3x10
      BB calf raises: 4x10
