Monday: Chest/delts/tris

Hammer Bench
Incline BB
Incline cable flys
rear delt with cables
side raise with cables
Military press
seated calves
tricep extensions

Since I'm off now all exercises are 3 sets 10 reps except for calves were 4 sets of 10.

I'm going to be lifting 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week. I want to keep leaner and give my body a good break until around dec. when I want to bulk again.

I havent lost much strength so far, but Ive been tired and my mind feels kinda foggy.
