TweetReally really good info in here. Its so hard to eat big chunks of meat for me, processing that stuff down is a great idea. Ill have to try that.

TweetBack in da day 50-60 was the rule but I think everyone is different and guns would agree I feel like I process 90% of all I eat and when on gear I belive the body can uptake a lot more

TweetNope I get up early on sat and Sunday go to walmart and two other local stores at 7-8 am and get all the reduced meat today I got 60 bucks worth of steak and ground beef for 32.57 get to the store early and u will find a gold mine. I got 40 bucks worth of chicken yesterday for about 13.00 it's reduced for quick sale expert ion date just freeze it and it all good brother.
