Ok.... So I'm going to do my first log. It will officially start Monday. As many know, I just moved so I've used last week and this week to settle back into a routine. This is my first go at a log so please feel free to critique and offer suggestions. There is a lot of knowledge around here and I look forward to input. I'll continue training five days on then taking the weekends off. I enjoy my family time on the weekends.

I'm 6'0 and 228 at the moment

This cycle will be a pretty long one (20 weeks) and then I'll cruise until it's time to run a cutter.

Week 1- 20 Test E 800mg
Week 1- 18 Deca 400 mg
Week 1-5 Dbol 50 mg ED

I will probably add Mast E Week 6-20

Adex .5 every three days and caber .5 2x a week

Creatine
Multi Vitamin

Pre work out (Mr. Hyde right now)
Protein ( have a variety on hand!)
