Except when I have it locked into position on the leg press. This sound stupid but I don't know how else to explain it. I feel that when I'm on the leg press the knee joint must have a groove wore out in it. Cause while under the weight it Don't hurt through the whole movement. It honestly feels better in the movement. Before after it hurts pretty bad. I even have a strange bone protruding. I will snap a pic later to show you. I'm not saying what I'm doing is smart. But right now all of me is in better shape and size than my last show at the same time frame. According to the people around me the look is 100% better than last time. Point is I'm broke and old and if I can just take the pain I believe I can make it through. And hopefully get it fixed later. Sorry to get so long winded.

Thanks for sharing what you are going through with me. My knee has locked out several times in the past couple of weeks just while walking or shifting my weight while standing. I have not had these problems before. Now that I'm really thinking about it maybe my ham and calf are competing for dominance. This did start happening when I put a concentrated calf workout back in my lineup. I am lucky that there is not much pain involved just the swelling. I hope you will attain your present goal then immediately have your knee checked out. Pain is no fun.

Wow my issus actually started after a kiss concert I attended and spent the whole night on my tiptoes being the short ass I am. Kind of strange that both seem to stem from calf issues.
