TweetHere's a picture of our diet for the past 4 weeks.
Sprinkle coconut oil on foil add Tilapia, bell pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, asparigus. Sprinkle minced garlic and Cachere's Creole seasoning, add spinach to Rake's.
Bake on 350 for 30 minutes. 3x a day add a 2 scoop Gold Standard shake post workout and a Casein shake before bed.

TweetWin for today! Cheat meal, Steak, broccoli, sautéed mushrooms. Good workout, a little weary but needed to get some work done around the house so I took some Yellow Strain Kratom and was ready to go. Kicked a** the rest of the day.
