Happy, Happy, Happy. Great day! Killed my workout, ate great and got back in the gym for cardio 2 days in a row. I'm on my way down the scale lost all my vacation pounds. Two full hours of yard work in 100 degree heat weed wacking. Spent the evening in my pool. My life is great!
