Back to the gym for a great chest day. My main focus is the butterfly machine. Keeping my reps pulling the chest muscles. I have tended to pull to 45 degrees then push the rest of the rep out, so I flattened my palms and straightened my arms a bit to make sure I was pulling the whole time and it worked. Totally paying for that in my chest today.
