TweetThanks for the props on strength at least I know I can hit a goal when I go after it. Now, if I have to be this heavy to be strong than I really don't care much for it. I will be starting a cut in Jan and probably won't ever bulk again. Just want to look moderately muscled but proportionately thin.

TweetGot a cardio day in yesterday, (Sun) but skipped my regular chest/back day today. My legs have been wrecked ever since I did those adductors and abductors Sat. I have gotten 2 nights of near perfect sleep though. life is great thanks to all of you for encouragement even when I don't do so well. I get so excited when someone says they can tell we work out all the time and without all of you I would have never have had the joy of this experience.

TweetWOW! Guys, thank you so much for the encouragement. This is my first year really making goals dieting, strengthening and building. I was thinking I'm crazy to want to build at this age but this ended up being a great experience for me. One thing I know for sure is that after my next cut I will not be left with Barbie arms. LOL.
