Great day today! Took 2 Alieve and headed for the gym, my weights were not over the top but I got a great steady ham day in and the added bonus is that I can still walk. I'm heading back at 4:30 to the Zumba class. I'm getting hooked on these tiny little dance teachers if they weren't there I'm not sure I'd want to go back.
