TweetPatience is a virtue I have yet to master, sir. At least I'm not jumping into the in 'instant gratification corner'. Some credit is better than none, I'll take it. Rake is asking every day how much I weigh and I tell him the same thing every day. I haven't weighed. Sometimes I feel like 'Stretch Armstrong" LOL

Tweeti give full credit across the board esp since we went from starvation to muscle preservation with fat loss. so we are def climbing up the mountain. cool thing is with the added muscle you retain the more fat you will burn and more cals you can take in while staying lean

TweetTuesday was a total disaster all the way around. Felt like crap so half-assed my workout then went to the movies and had popcorn and soda. At least it was a high carb day, LOL

TweetBEAUTIFUL DAY!
I skipped yesterday and lay in bed most of the morning with my super HOT hubby. Scrubbed and sealed wood floors for the rest of the day.
Fast Forward to today only great things to report; that I have made gains in my butt and lost no inches off my rt. leg but the left is obviously being under-used so I made concerted effort to correct the problem. Now hits the very last leg press for the day and I go to raise the seat for my last ab crunches and 'can't move' once I bent over. Can't raise the seat can't stand up straight, can't even walk. Rake fixed the seat so I could get my last 3 sets of abs in. 2 Alieve, Shake and vitamins then 4 minutes ice and a hot shower and I'm sporting 4 inch heels to work for a couple hours. Rake says it's a back pump, Not convinced since I can barely move now 6 hours later.

I am broken for sure. Rake dragged me out to do cardio. I rolled out my muscles then did 4000m on the row machine. Done for the day. My back is wrecked and may try to get to the Chiropractor tomorrow after my regular workout.
I had 3 eggs and 3/4 of a chicken sausage for breakfast, 1 scoop syntha 6 shake with my vitamins after W/O, 1 serving of raw almonds then 4 oz of Sirloin. Shake for bed.
My son told me I have to enter a contest to make myself accountable. Why does everyone around me want me to lose weight and look like a Barbie Doll???
Tweetdont slack like me trixie and let the back get to far gone so it flairs up on you all the time, get it and get it healthy. as for losing weight, dont lose weight damn it, lose bodyfat. who cares how much you way as long as you have some good lines and are at least 3/4 healthy lol
