The best thing about today is that I'm taking tomorrow off the gym.:) Took it nice and easy today then came home and worked on sprinklers for 3 hours. Ugghh. Guess I shouldn't complain, it is FABULOUS outside and my pool is almost ready to go.

It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood!! I slept in then went to home Depot. Worked in the yard fixing sprinklers and pulling weeds. My yard is going to be the best in the city, mostly cause I still have a half acre of grass that costs a fortune to water. I take yard work over housework everyday.

I ordered a new fat burner and I cant wait for it to get here, Hairdresser noticed I slimmed down a bit in 4 weeks always a good thing especially since the lighting is terribly unflattering in there. Nice and easy today and I feel great so I'm going back for some extra cardio this afternoon.

OK went to Zumba at 4:30 with Pete. See that I am low on protein and seem to be getting a bit lazy about my diet. Most of my carbs came from shakes today but it is still very lazy of me to be slacking like this. However I wore yoga pants and tank to class instead of sweats and XXL T, can see my new program is working.
