Hey girl...you are hot too, Nikki has just undergone contest prep just like Guns mentioned above and the only cheat meals she had along the way was sushi, no soy sauce, no sodium, and she ate what I prepared for her and when I told her to eat it. When you get to that point...and sounds like that is your plan...then yes it gets more strict and less appealing, so cheat once a week and stay on par the other 6 days like you have been. 23 years is a good stretch to not drink, if Nikki and I take Guns up on his suggestion and aim for the same national show next year then maybe you and Rake can make it out again and we will all get to meet and greet, and make it a memorable time as I will predict Nikki & Guns taking the gold next year!!! You are awesome in every way Trix, just connected with you on FB too ;). Keep it up...can't wait to meet you two in person sometime...Nikki and I are due for a wild trip to Vegas soon too ;)...except we don't drink lol...but we don't need booze to have fun and get wild!!! I just talked Rake into going for sure; and having you and Nikki there just puts frosting on the cake. You have been planting a seed in my ear and it may grow someday. What a great day! I don't know if going to the gym later in the morning makes the workout better or just that I thought I was going to have a great one. Could be because I was looking forward to my high carb / calorie day. Lots of leeway on the menu today so we tried a Baby1 recipe for Chicken Parmesan. Yum. Not sure what I will eat for the rest of the day probably ground turkey and some shrimp.

All done and unbelievably delicious! Rake the critic says' pound the chicken thinner and add a lot more Parmesan just at the end so it doesn't look burned' I could eat this all day long just the way I made it 'B***h' . Sit with me in a kitchen that is over 88 degrees and complain.B

Here goes! I wore my team shirt so I knew I was going to have a stellar work out. We changed some stuff up today, that made it more fun and challenging. Friday so everyone wants to talk but that didn't slow us down. There is a Show in town so I have seen a couple of very nice looking women BB's. The one I stopped on the street yesterday is in the Heavy Weight Div. and going for her Pro Card. Very impressive and apparently able to stop traffic since we stopped to talk with her. Whatever I'm doing is working someone noticed I had lost weight this week, sweet. Thanks for all your support, couldn't do it without you all.

Overhead Rope Tricep pulls 40x25x3 I have never done these so it was fun. The movement seems more concentrated and I didn’t seem to be able to overcompensate for my weaker left arm so it was fried. Also on the last set I started to get a pumped up feeling right in the middle of my back, not sure about that.

killing them split squats haha. i hate em but they are awesome. great eating and i know nothing about the new fish but i am sure it is a white fish and prob has the same profile as roughy or tilipia does. if it is tasty i say tear it up because fish is horrible yuck. keep tearing it up trixie and i am pretty sure the show you guys have this weekend is the usas.
