Hello, I was going to quit posting for awhile cause i am just worn out all over and I don't want to be depressing but rake says put up my workout; so I will. I need a new short term goal to keep me going but can't think of one. I bought a tennis skirt awhile back without trying it on. YIKES! must have been totally deluded about the size I was. Even though I have successfully gotten it over my thighs and butt there is too much spillage and the fear of splitting the undershorts while doing crunches at the gym. Not a good look! I will just plug along until I can figure something out. My shoulder, hip and knee are barking at me so I am keeping it light. OOPS! Rake just suggested I take some Pamprin so I'll go do that. Thanks to everyone who encourages me to keep going. I'm going to 'Fake it til I Make it' Love to all!

keep you log going weather you think you are making progress or not. it holds you accountable plus you can track if you are going forward or backward. now if you dont want to track a fatloss or weight gain/loss then i say shoot for more weight on movements or more reps. either way set a goal every week and go for it that way you are making progress somewhere. now idk or remember if you guys are using joint support but i am a huge fan of orange triad from controlled labs. it has it all from digestive support mulit vit/mineral and joint support. plus it is very very cheap. take a look at that cause it helps with joint pain and everything else is an added plus. something else you can do is put on some icy hot or active on in the areas that are aggervated before hitting the gym. i have been doing this since i got back to starting to go somewhat hard on my lower back biceps elbows and knees. it helps a ton and the active on is strong and very very warm lol
OK, all better today! Killed it in the gym and there are plenty of things I can challenge myself with just not while I'm whining. Rake always gets totally embarrassed when i start talking about feelings cause he knows how easily we are deceived by them. I am having a hard time discerning my fat loss and that is what I am most interested in, so it is very frustrating to me. This is a no carb day so I'm a little tired but am headed back to the gym now for cardio. Rake took me Downtown last night and there were a bunch of bands all along Fremont street so I danced like crazy, had a blast and had rake a little scared every so often with the people grabbing my wrists. He would ask me what they said to me and I told him 'I have no idea' I just nod my head and smile and they let go of me. Everyone's happy with that. My life is very funny and fun! Hairdresser today told her other client that Rake and I are Ken and Barbie. Had to laugh at that one. Maybe as old as them. LOL Thanks for pepping me up after yesterday.

I'm sure I will be all better by tomorrow. I added some extra carbs in with my fish so I will be up to my numbers on that for today. I could only have my carbs yesterday Cream of rice and plain rice just too sick. Can't wait to get back to normal. The w/o will be light but up to speed and I plan to go mostly fish and turkey for the next 5 weeks until our anniversary. Want to look FABULOUS at the Casino Pool.
