TweetSuper busy this week and I started to feel it at the gym today. I drug it around a little. Yesterday I ate fish and steak but never had enough time to put it all down on paper. Today it's all chicken; eggs and grilled breasts all day, no time to write it up but I got this down now and I am right on target. I get high carbs tomorrow so I will be thinking a little better. Still boosting the weight in the gym a bit and having fun. Out to work love to all.

TweetOK, Dragged my butt again today. I'd get a lot better workouts in if I never had to work. These late nights are killing me. High carb day today so I ate 30g of that delicious cream of rice cereal this morning with a smidge if ff jelly along with my eggs. The rest of the day is on track but don't have time to tap it out. Leaving town again and I am actually looking forward to this trip so I'm going to have fun.

TweetWOW!!! This is the top 2 for vacations in my lifetime. I had a blast. Guns is 'ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS". This competition day was grueling for spectators and I can't even imagine how hard it is on the competitors. This is a 16+ hour work day for Guns after he has already depleted himself to an extreme extent. He was up in the first posing round and had to go up dead last for the night as well. He's a champ and came home with 3 Huge trophy's.
I was blessed enough to have him give me a couple crash training sessions. I got back and shoulders Sunday and Quads and Hams today and all I have to say is.... I wore a dress and heels home today so that I was forced into walking like a girl instead of a cripple. I had to have Rake peel that dress off my shoulders because I couldn't raise my arms enough to get it off . Rake says Guns turned you into man shoulders in one day. LOL.

Tweethaha, i ran tix and rake through a sample delt/bis and full leg session over a couple days. looks like i got her pretty good. dont let these guys fool you because pics dont do justice to either one of them at all. both of them are in fantastic shape and great people. best part is i hammered them pretty good and neither one quit or threw up which happens to about 99% of people that take the plunge with my training

TweetThank you very much for the kind words and all your time and wisdom. I try my hardest never to throw up I just can't deal with that. Here's what's really wrong about getting to have guns work me out; I went out and killed myself in the gym this morning with all his special tricks and isolation holds etc... I am back at it so I started off my diet on a no carb day and chose chicken and fish for my protein. I'll get the whole run down up later. I ate terrible stuff over the weekend, I think guns is a bad influence. LOL Oh and I'm just getting ready to go out to work now and figured out I left my curling iron behind, so Trixie is going to look like a poodle until I get a new one in a couple days. Thanks again we couldn't have had a better time, you put up with all my quirks and oddities. You are a true hero.

TweetAnother beautiful day!! Love my life. My workouts are great and I seem to get stronger as it goes along. We have been using the same plan for a couple years now with minor tweaks on weight and reps depending on strength or injury. Rake is now trying to put together a new plan where we actually work together so it should be a lot more fun. He is going to start changing things up next week and plans to have it ironed out in about 2 weeks or so. I am working toward a less erratic diet plan. We ate the same thing as yesterday and I'll just add in carbs tomorrow. This will be easier for me.
