OK, need :help: My sister is #212, 5'5" and 50 yrs. old, she has lost #15 since we started working together on Jan. 12th. Thinking Macros will be her best way forward but I don't know the percentages. Debbie has not missed a single day in the gym since we started so she is very motivated and is willing to stick with a plan that has her best health in mind.
