TweetJust told Trixie she is getting fat and if things don't change I will trade her in. Our lives have been so weird the last 7 weeks. Our company is turmoil, our Boss and best friend is in prison and we are struggling in sports. The gym is sucking hind tit. I went on a big blast and saw no gains because of life. Please pray for Trixie and myself that things come back together and we will be able to get back in the gym.

TweetI love you guns! You have so much faith in the fact that we will endure and eventually we will. Just have crap piling on crap right now. I did get a decent 2 days in last week and 2 in this week so far. Unfortunately I can see the muscle loss especially in the loose skin on my thighs. Our schedule should lighten up come the New Year and I will be fierce at getting my muscle back and improving on my overall physique for my son's wedding in May.

TweetHappy New Year! I'm so happy to see so many others have kept up the good work of logging frequently it is encouraging.
Last week got in 2 quad days and a ham day. First ham day in 2 months thank God I have a high toilet.
Finally breaking free of the ominous work schedule. Got 4 days in this week so far and two sessions in today.
I will be helping my sister-in-law get in the gym and back to a healthy weight. Planning 3 days a week with her and getting at least 5 days in with Rake.
No more chocolate Kisses and Fireball for me.

TweetHi guys, been in the gym steady for about 4 weeks now but the work schedule is still killing me and keeping me from posting here.
This week:
Mon: Chest/back
Tues: 2 sessions Quads/Biceps
Wed: 2 sessions Hams/Biceps
Thur: Chest/shoulders
Fri: Chest/shoulders
My sister is really motivated and has me getting 3 solid sessions in with at least 30 minutes of cardio 2-1 pace a week. Rake is getting me back in with more lifting. Should see some results soon. My measurements are dismal with a bit of fat gain. the only measure that is smaller is my Bicep and is clearly from muscle loss. Diet is getting better although not precisely on schedule getting in the right protein.
