TweetWent to Graston therapy for my quad today, He says my quad isn't bad but I say at my age I'm going for it. A bit of electrical stimulus then some gel and a 'Butter Knife' peeling out my quad. He says people are crying and screaming. Not me, a bit uncomfortable when he stripped my thigh. Feels better, will go back next week for another treatment. He treated my sore shoulder also, let's see how that works out. This guy could be in the money every week if he keeps us healthy.

I have been eating way too much since we have been working at the golf course. Our chef makes the best food on earth. Gaining weight like crazy, time to cut back. Pool season starts this weekend and definitely not ready.
