      I got my eyes eyes on a contest little more than 28 weeks out. People are telling me I got time to run a 20 weeks of lean mass training.
      @ 6'1 190lbs 13%bf days after my last physique contest. I took dead last so I'd love to come back with a vengeance.

      I dropped tran ace and test p for the show and ran winstrol for the final week. My cardio and diet needs work my last few weeks but I think I know the corrections.

      I'm cleaning out. Dropped the tren ace and I started running test c with my test p for the transition back to to test c. Bout 100mg prop, 100mg test c EOD for another week till I'm cruising low on CYP.

      When I finish moving and work settles down I was thinking of running 250 test c twice a week, 200 tren e twice a week with a daily 50mg dbol split twice a day. Running dbol at least 8-10 weeks. Test c and tren e @ 20 weeks then changing out to test prop @ 400mg a week with tren ace @400mg a week until show time.

      I've got access to any the generic ai's and stuff but haven't really used them before. But they are always on hand or available.

      honestly you just need/needed to be leaner

      no need to run all that gear for a local level physique show. you usually get docked for being "too big". save the gear for when you hit nationals

      just run low test with winni or something basic...they arent looking for big muscular guys until you hit nationals.

      work on you diet before you worry about gear

      Where the hell is the fun in that Swole? My prides defenatly been hurt her. All these guys where bigger that me.

      My cut sucked balls. I fired my coach. The only reason I talked to him was I literally bumped I to him. I think he is trying to break off on to his own and run a clothing line too. His athletes didn't see dmmm

      I want to be bigger, stronger, faster too. I'm shopping a new coach right now too

      they dont look bigger. just leaner and harder. thats all diet. im not saying dont run gear just no need to run a lot until you want to get on a national level stage. Local shows its not entirely about size. i prepped a kid that got second because he was "too big", so now this year he is doing bbing.

      just my honest opinion brotha. just work on diet then when you get leaner fill out. maybe "grow into the show". its all diet then the drugs come. If your diet is shit you wont get the results that your want. dont get me wrong gear plays a huge role but when prepping diet is most important.
