I got my eyes eyes on a contest little more than 28 weeks out. People are telling me I got time to run a 20 weeks of lean mass training.
@ 6'1 190lbs 13%bf days after my last physique contest. I took dead last so I'd love to come back with a vengeance.

I dropped tran ace and test p for the show and ran winstrol for the final week. My cardio and diet needs work my last few weeks but I think I know the corrections.

I'm cleaning out. Dropped the tren ace and I started running test c with my test p for the transition back to to test c. Bout 100mg prop, 100mg test c EOD for another week till I'm cruising low on CYP.

When I finish moving and work settles down I was thinking of running 250 test c twice a week, 200 tren e twice a week with a daily 50mg dbol split twice a day. Running dbol at least 8-10 weeks. Test c and tren e @ 20 weeks then changing out to test prop @ 400mg a week with tren ace @400mg a week until show time.

I've got access to any the generic ai's and stuff but haven't really used them before. But they are always on hand or available.
