I love Sundays, no heavy lifting in any aspect of my life. I did Cardio and Ab work today.

I had a very good day in the gym today. We ate dinner late at 5:30 last night and I was up a pound today, discouraging. We try to eat dinner by 3 and that works out better. Rake is on me a little about eating too much still. I have only lost 9 lbs in 5 weeks and it seems so slow.
Since I'm discouraged I am challenging myself with a new short term goal to keep me going. It's all about clothes. I have so many cute things that I can't get into, the top I want to wear buttons all the way up the front and I need to lose a few inches all around. I want it to fit in 4 weeks or less, then I'll post my pictures.

Love today! Strong in the gym and I came home and worked in my huge yard, mostly weeding and I broke a spronkler pipe:( I have been playing with a couple of programs that track diet and exercise, it is time consuming at first but I am inputting all my info to both sites. I want to figure out which one I will be happiest with. I have already learned that I dont need that tsp of honey in my oatmeal or the cream in my coffee. Too small of reward for such a heap of extra calories. Once I'm to my goal maybe I will treat myself every once in awhile. I never imagined when I started this that it would be so fun or that I was going to take it so seriously. Thought I would just go on a strict diet and with the workouts I already had I could kill it. All of you have made all the difference in the world. This is a forever lifestyle and a specific mindset. You are the best quality people I have ever met. But never met lol. When I look at your threads I realize what dedication it takes to keep on improving.

Hit the gym for a 60 minute Zumba Fitness class, burned 539 calories and it was great! Alot more fun than treadmill. The highlight of my day was a scrumptous F.I.S.T.'s Kitchen meal. Grilled chicken breast with spinach and mozzarella. To die for thanks F.I.S.T.. Now I'm going for a bath in lavendar epsom salts. Pretty good day Huh?
