      Thanks Hy-Maint, I grumble at Rake about all the ab work I just hope there really is something great under there when I get done.

      Last night I didnt have to have the turkey and cheese snack I was planning I ate
      10oz of beautiful fresh raw Tuna with wasabi and soy sauce, I didnt lose on the scale because of the salt but I know this was by far the best day I've had for my diet schedule. Happy, Happy, Happy!

      Fridays and Tuesdays are Triceps and Top of legs, I do abs every day. I even squeezed in 2 Zumba classes last week, Friday night and Sunday.

      3 eggs to start my day
      Flax,Glut, vitamins then off to work out

      5 min warm up Stair master and back extentions 12repsx3
      Hack squat no extra weight 21x3
      Tilt, Tricep 50x21x3
      Tilt, Leg Extention 50x21x3
      Slant board side to side crunches 35x3

      Rope cable 50x21x3
      Hammer strength Ab Crunch 15x35x3
      Leg Press 90x21x3
      Wide grip cable tricep 50x21x3
      Leg Extention 40x21x3
      Ab crunches 150x4
      This was by far the best workout of my week I hope I feel this great tomorrow.

      Protien shake optimum w/vitamins
      Salad, 2c romaine, 1c spinach (Popeye eats spinach), 2 tbs feta, 1tbs bacon, olive oil,red wine vinegar.

      Not sure what I'm having for dinner but right now I;m sipping Vodka with lemon juice, it is Friday after all. Love to all.

      Rake says I can't do too many crunches, I tell him don't worry I wont

      OK, Yesterday was Superbowl Sunday and I do live in Vegas sooo of course we had a party in the Aria Sport Book. I started off the day ok with 2 eggs 2pieces of bacon but the vodka got to me at the party and I had 2 slices of heaven (PIZZA) along with my homemade salad. These pieces of pizza are giant from Five/50 so delicious and such a splurge, first pizza in at least a year. Got back up this morning and got to the gym. When I got home I started to think about Valentine's Day. I drug a cute little red dress out of my closet that I haven't even thought to try on in 2 years. Well... My legs and butt cleared the zipper; so far so good, until I started zipping.

      I've decided to do a 10 day challenge to get into that dress by Valentine's, STAY TUNED, Im taking pics of squeezing in today and hopefully will be posting before and after pics on the 14th.

      I was super discouraged yesterday since my splurge on Sunday. I looked back at my journal today and realized why I hit the wall. 2 days in a row off work out Sat & Sun and 2 days in a row with splurges Sun & Mon. I've had to really be careful about my diet. I have been losing inches since I started but too few pounds. Guess I shouldn't eat as much as Rake.LOL
      Still starting my day with
      2 cups coffee w/3tbl sp heavy cream 6am
      2 eggs, dropped the bacon 7am
      2tbl Flax, 1tbl glutamine vitamins as pre work out usually between 8 to 9:30am
      2 scoop Optimum shake the rest of my vitamins post WO late morning
      Caesar salad having most of my carbs early afternoon 1:30pm

      Biceps and back of legs Wednesdays and Saturdays

      5 Min warm up on stair master
      Back extentions 3 sets of 20
      U-Tread squat 45x21x2 60x21x1
      Bicep, bar only 21x3
      Dead lift 50x15x3

      Happy Valentine's Day. End of the challenge for myself and there is success in the air. All my body parts cleared the zipper and I can get the dress completely on. I do however think it is a bit too tight but I'm still wearing it out to dinner tonight so that I am encouraged to make smart choices from the menu. Here are the figures. I lost,

      -3 inches off my waist
      -3 inches off my bust (hopefully all that back fat)
      -1/4 inch off my hips
      -3/4 inch off each arm
      -1/2 inch off my thigh

      What a wonderful day! I am making progress and I am convinced that with all this encouragement I will be well on my way to achieving my goal. I know 12 weeks wont do it all but this is the best start I've ever had. I have had over 20 lbs to lose several times in my life (kids etc..) I usually get close then get lazy. This is the first time I have ever tried by using such a balanced program with exercise, diet, supplements and support. The weight is coming off slowly and I seem to be retaining the muscle that is under there somewhere. Hopefully by the end of 12 it will show.

      Cardio and Abs today just an hour great to get to the gym on a Sunday, feels good. Can't wait to start the week.

      Yesterday was beautiful I couldn’t wait to get back to work and start a new week off right. Off to the gym..

      Mondays are Chest and Back

      Warm up, Back Extensions 20 reps 3 sets
      Bench Press 45 lbs x 21 reps x 3, narrow, wide and regular grips
      Pullovers lying across the bench 25 lb dumbbell 21x3
      Shoulder Shrugs 20lb dumbbells 16x3
      Fly machine chest 40x21x3 delt 25x21x3
      Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
      Lat pulls wide grip 60x21x2, 75x21x1
      Plated incline press 20x21x3
      Lat pull machine 55x21x3
      Hammer Strength ab crunch 15x35x3
      Decline bench press 45x21x3 narrow, wide and regular grip

      I have officially moved from the barrel belly stage to where the extra fat looks separated. Rake says I need an extra bra for the boobs under my boobs, lol. He is really happy to see the progress though and thank God he is here to keep me from eating too much.
