The trainers started saying you have to change up your workout. Come have a few training sessions with me. I realized I was the person that comes to the gym every day and never makes any progress. The contest I am in has made the world of difference in my train of thought. Thanks for the crude but very encouraging post.

TweetI'm so sad today, it is the end of the contest and I feel like my friends are leaving town. How will I be able to talk to everyone now that it's over.
