Well guys, I'm settled in my new place in Kentucky. I have orientation for my new job in a couple of hours. This morning I went to my new gym and did chest/abs/cardio. Really like the place, it isn't huge, but it has everything I needed.

Bench Press - 45x15, 135x12, 185x10, 225x5
Incline Bench - 135x10x2
Hammer Strength Bench - 120x8x2
Chest Fly Machine - 90x12, 120x12, 120x12
Cable Crossover - 70x10x3
Bench JackKnives - 25, 15, 15
Cross Trainer - 15 Minutes ~175 calories burned

Post workout I drank 16 oz of liquid egg whites (250 calories, 50 pro, 10 carb) and then about an hour later I had some brown rice (410 calories, 5 fat, 82 carbs, 10 pro)

Like I have said, my updates are going to be daily starting 6 weeks out, which is next monday. I am around 193 lbs at the moment, which is 18 pounds from my original goal, 25 pounds down in the last six weeks. I decided to get another bottle of EpiStrong and run it at 75mg per day instead of 60mg. Started tudca this week to preload before the orals start off on Monday.

Last week I got two Personal Records, 225x14 on the bench (powerlifting form) and 455 rack pull!
